Diet looks like crap yes huge energy drink fan about the only thing that's seems to help in the morning. Winchesters correct about lack of willpower somedays it's their and then pfft it's completly gone and I'm back to my old habits.
the energy drinks are crap for your liver/kidneys . Drink coffee (pref. black)
eat lean meat and whole wheat/ whole grain.
your will power... well.. whens the last time you got a piece? imho you can use taht to your advantage. It might sound a little strange, but shoot... am I wrong?
I should also add that I lost over 50 lbs doing this... and running 3 miles a day and swimming two...
