Been Called "Flash" Since I Was A Kid!
Summarizing my earlier post, no matter how careful you are in eliminating additional sugar from your diet, processed foods have countless ways to stuff sugar into you!
Regarding the POOP issues that develop when you attack sugar intake, eating Yogurt was highly recommended. I spent a long time at several grocery stores reading nothing but Yogurt labels. Some of that crap had 22-24 grams of sugar in each container! The smallest amount of sugar I found was 8 grams in one Yogurt container! That clearly was NOT the way to go!
Bonnie got me onto a Probiotic for Seniors and there is no further problems in pooping concrete blocks! The pills cost $18 for 30 but they work perfectly! I get them at Wally World.
