Enjoying a cup of bulletproof coffee, fresh cut cantaloupe and some home made blueberry muffins. The muffins are basically full or magma balls at this point. Not sure if they turned out yet.

Scrambled eggs, bacon & coffee. So much for a leisurely Sunday breakfast, never finished my coffee opting to water the garden & weed some. Then it was on to riding mower maintenance.

Sucks big time. Most of the things I enjoy for breakfast are no-no's. Maybe I can find some suitable substitutes tomorrow when we go grocery shopping.
    Yep.
Majority of things we like are no-no's.

Breakfast has been 6 eggs scrambled (only 2 yolks) with Turkey sausage for me for last 6 years.

Stock up on Facon, egg substitutes, tofu sausage patties & links, turkey ham, MOFO this aint butter, Soy Latte drinks.

Yogurt style cream gravy on rice cakes aint bad if you just throw it away.
That Beyond Beef should have a decent breakfast steak made from mung beans & panda excriment.

Decafe coffee will stop you morning sugar & cream usage.

2 to 4 over ez eggs. (occasionally scrambled, with a slice extra sharp cheddar)
2 to 4 pieces of Wright's thick cut bacon.

Between 1200 and 1400 hours .... only eat twice a day.

Helps keep my slim, girlish figure. ;)

My girlish figure ain't the problem. It's my cholesterol and blood sugar numbers that are way too high.

I eat very little, or no sugar at all ... my body makes all the glucose it needs.

Pretty much everything I eat is no more than two ingredients.

Also request my doctor pay more attention to the Total Cholesterol/ HDL ratio (in my case 3.9 last test), and will find another doctor if they insist on using a prescription pad like a carpenter uses a hammer.

    YMMV
Works for me, but what works for one human, doesn't necessarily work for another.

I'm not grossly overweight or fat by any measure, and get pretty much regular exercise working around the house, and don't eat a lot of sugary foods or lots of fast food anymore. The doctor classified me as Pre-diabetic with very high cholesterol, so I need to get it under control before it becomes a serious issue health-wise.
