Well after the close of the 87th legislature the Governor has 10 days to sign a bill into law. After that time period it can go into law on it's own without the Governor's signature as voted on by the House and Senate that passed it or it can be appealed. There's a lawyer on here somewhere that knows more than I do though.Whatever you were reading is wrong as two boys kissing. I’d find better things to read.
