The KM gun disarms I've seen are suicidal. The best firearms disarms I've seen are in Kill or Get Killed by Rex Applegate.

How are they suicidal? I could see getting muzzle burns from them, maybe being grazed, but the idea is misdirecting the barrel away from you (keeping it in that direction) and pinning the weapon against a body. Usually involves someone's finger being broken in the take-away process as well.

Who the heck is Rex Applegate?

I am using the Livestrong App and have lost 7 lbs already. I am trying to get back down into the 190s, so only about 10 more lbs.

I do lift weights every day as well.

I go mountain biking and hiking with the dog once or twice a week too.

So im on my way to being more fit.

Cool, my dog does not like Mountain biking, his legs are too short to reach the pedals.

I don't know what all that kung-shit is.... but must be good since it's got funny names... Me, I just work out 6 days a week. 45 minutes cardio, 15 minutes weights during the week, 30-45 minutes weights week ends... and some times some laps in the pool and some time in the sauna week ends. At 67 that's about all I can handle.
