Sorry to hear of the sale Alan. Y'all have developed one hell of a forum and it is greatly appreciated. Good luck with recovery and paying off the ER.
If ya have to make another visit to the ER, tell them you have no insurance, no I.D., and don't speak English..... Tell them your name is Chewbaca or something..then you don't have to pay anything. :)

    Alan,

Thanks for creating this wonderful environment for us. Sorry you had to seel. Hope you heal well. Please stick around and come to lunch on Fridays.

Hopefully the buyer maintains things the way they are. You have done an awesome job of keeping a loose hold on the forum to let us be ourselves

Being somewhat new here, I hope the future goes your way. In the larger scheme of things, as much as I have appreciated what this forum has added to my daily life. I may have been lax in thanking those that maintain this. Thank you for the opportunity to share. I pray all is well with you and you get well soon.

I'm sure that was a difficult decision to make. TGT is one of the best gun related forums on the net, and you are the one that made it that way. Best of luck.

As you can see, you will be missed. I didn't get a chance to know you very well but I was impressed by your
speech in Austin. Good luck in all your future endeavors.

So it seems as though some people, from some of the various messages I've received regarding this, believe that this is going to drastically change TGT for the worse.

Am I missing something? Is there some hidden message in there?

We don't even know who the new owner is, and some people appear to be under the impression that it's time to abandon ship. For all you know, this owner could be an active member. Jesus Christ, give the guy or girl a chance.

It's an internet forum. You'll live.

But all jokes aside, Thanks for building and maintaining this community Alan. Great job!

I'll keep your recovery in my prayers, and hope to see ya around!

    All the Best!
