And that's the middle of the price range. The low end priced 9 is at BP or Cabela's, but you have to be logged in and ready at the computer to even get the order through.

.39 cpr is about what .45 goes for on the low end today. It's generally available but 9 is out of control. I'd venture to guess that because everyone except a few members here own some sort of 9.

My ammo purchases back in December and January were a stroke of genius. I've only bought 22 mag and rifle ammo the past 3 months.

I bought about $1,200 worth of .223, 7.62X39, 9mm, and 10mm right at the end of February, when it looked like things were gonna start getting nuts. A week later I bought a Lee Classic turret press, primers, bullets, and the dies to load all the calibers I shoot, and I haven’t had to buy a single round of factory ammo since. And I shoot at least once, and usually 2 or 3, times a week. May have to slow down now that primers are nowhere to be found unless you want to get bent over!
