This. Especially at an OUTDOOR rifle range. Its bafflingAll center fire rifle rounds are pretty much armor piercing. I really wish the people who write the rules for places would actually know what they are talking about.
Not according to the ATF.

Well that stinks I have over 1200 rounds of m855. its all I ever buy for my 5.56. then again I probably do not want to burn that ammo up at the meet.
They do have target stands. They're put away for the construction. I don't have an answer about the magnum rounds. What about target stands. They provide/have, or do we bring our own? Whether it be paper, steel, or "rubber". And I saw "NO MAGNUM ROUNDS" on pistol bay. Does that mean we take the .357 Mag. to the short rifle range?
Grounds look a LOT smoother, so maybe, just maybe, I won't fall. Again.

YessirThat's the place in Cove we went to last time right? I thought that place was a pretty nice place with plenty of space.

Then that should be explained, as opposed to the Fudd statement "no armor piercing tactical boolit clips over 10 rounds"Make take on that. It's not about it being armor piercing. It's about having steel in the dirt.
After a few months there might be 50# of copper and 75# of lead in the berm. It's easy to reclaim. Steel isnt as profitable and they don't want it mixed with the more expensive metals.
