    Sure, why not.
    It’s only $40k/mile.

I’d love to see where the money trail leads for this deal...

Large cities are indeed "heat islands" but not sure how effective this cure might be. Color me sceptical.

Yes they are and it's typically 5 degrees cooler where I live. At 4:30am yesterday morning it was 45 at my house in the country, 48 in McKinney and 53 by the time I got to Irving. Granted it might be a tad cooler NE of the Dallas area but 5 degrees is typical year round.

That is pretty must the same differential I enjoy from the temp as reported by our local newspaper. I live near the water and typically am 5 cooler in the summer and 5 warmer in the winter.

another reason to call out for "white privilege", we reflect sunlight better... makes us "cooler" and more environmentally friendly.. maybe the libs will embrace us now...

Can't wait to see what those look like in a month.
There will be contests to see who can lay down the most rubber the quickest.

I can't think of a more satisfying place to do a burnout than a freshly-painted-white street.

I hope they paint the streets around Jay Leno's garage first. :)

And the first time it rains, and that smooth surface with all its accumulated oil drips and grime gets wet...I figure things will get exciting real fast.
