Might be dangerous to have a cat near Younggun"s place.

My daughter has an affinity to most animals (except squirrels, deer, and certain other animals I've told her are mean, didn't work on for cats) so I risk her wrath if I harm them. However the ones that have wondered in have eventually had a run in with our dogs soooo.....

Does anyone have any experience with trying to stop a standard .22lr? I am wondering how many inches of phonebook will it take to stop it. Opinions welcome.

I wouldn't trust it as a backstop for more than a few shots. It's going to "wear out" very quickly. It's also on the small side, so you'd have to be extremely careful.

You could probably get a small railroad tie and use it as a backstop. Same thing as shooting into a tree. I'm heading up to Hicksville in the morning...gimmie some ideas of things to take to shoot :D

I've got a lava lamp that I've thought would be fun to watch it explode with a round going through it...I just don't wanna clean up the mess!
