Fresh caught red snapper is about as good as it gets in my book.Fresh caught, on a late spring day, black bass filet, rolled in Cajun seasoned flour/egg wash, fresh out of Lake Hamilton, Mid America, USA.
Didn't last long enough to take a photo ... about the only thing that comes close would be a boat load of red snapper from 50 miles offshore Louisiana/Texas ... well, maybe some gigged flounder from Galveston Bay.
