Home made enchiladas with ground turkey. Served with a side of salad.

It ws kind of an off day as momma was up with baby girl all night (cutting in bicuspids) I got up with the troop fairly early and enjoyed some French press coffee. A late brunch lead to a Sunday drive to cheak out a new potential homestead property.

Late lunch was random stuff from the fridge. Dinner was said enchiladas.

As soon as the kids are in bed it will be Sunday movie night with the wife. I will probably dig into a bowl of HEB cheese balls for a snack.

After a snack (and final coctail) it will be back on the intermittent fasting plan. I'll check back in Tuesday night for dinner.

    Out here by the lake!
    I've always liked eating there.
Location can vary, I guess. The brunch had all kinds of pork out as I remember it. It might very well be the last time I had breakfast pork chops. For years the wife & I had Mexican restaurants we liked. Slowly they seemed to all turn to shit, or my guts couldn't handle the spice.

When I worked the seasonal job there were times we wanted to go out to eat, but the choices were few. One of the crew is a Mexican guy & he never wanted to eat @ the Mexican places.

Had to get dog food yesterday. Noticed Fish City Grill was open. Got some fish tacos. Really tasty stuff.

If folks don't want to drink beer, don't force them. They say there's a CO2 shortage since the ethanol production has tanked (co2 being a byproduct). That means CO2 prices are going up and supplies are going down. So if you like your beer with a fizz in it, that's kind of a big deal.

Don't encourage others to drink it. Save it for those of us who want it. (and probably those idiots that hoarded all the toilet paper too, but I'm guessing they'll have a much harder time trying to sell beer for 5 times the price on craigslist than they did the toilet paper)

The beer aisles at my stores are all over loaded. Stacked every where. Lots of sales too.

Forgot to take a pic, but we had grilled salmon, roasted new potatoes and sautéed zucchini.

Zucchini had diced onions and garlic salt in it.

Salmon had a light dusting of Tony Chacaree’s.

Last night tried some jalapeno and cheddar sausage from Southside Market in Elgin that I bought at heb. I didn't like the texture. I prefer a coarse grind. It did not have much flavor either. I threw away half and just made a ham sandwich.

Remembered to take a picture tonight.

    Bone in ribeye, sautéed zucchini.

    A good Malbec.
