My chef buddy ordered a cases with 4 gallon jugs for his blend of Hot Sauce. A very good day to be away.

Sent the wife for take out from Smashburger. Tried their Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger. It tasted pretty good but @$8.99 it was a poor value in my eyes. I've been hungry like I ate sushi. This wife wanted popcorn so we ate that. I think I need to start keeping some beers on hand. A couple of beers would fill me up & hopefully get me to sleep.

My partner in crime wanted lettuce wraps with extra water chestnuts so I played in the wok for a few minutes and came up with this...she said they were awesome, but I wish I had oyster sauce for a little extra umami.

[Lost Spurs]

Sausage gnocchi with a tomato base and mozzarella topper. Will be served with bread. Leftover tacos for the littles as this is a bit to sophisticated for them. The tacos are from the night before last made with ground turkey. Kids loved them, more then beef wich is blasphemy to me.

Last night was baked bbq porkchops. Didn't get a pic of those. The whole family vacuumed them up.
