Here's how my range time typically goes-
roll out tactical shooting blanket
pull out the 338 or 300win mag
load up behind it in the proper prone position and make the bipod dig into the south Texas soil
check for wind movement, temperature, global warming and the coming of the robot apocalypse
load the chamber and take a 25 yard shot that lands somewhere on the paper
feel like a bad ass ninja warrior
load it up and go home

That's just funny.

A lot of ranges want you to at least have your rifle sighted in at the 50 yard mark before you go shoot longer ranges. I had a couple uppers I'd just assembled and used the 50 yard range for them. Then again, they were pistol uppers and one was using a cheapo optic I had laying around. Though one guy was there sighting in his Leonidas. It was quieter than the 10/22 being fired on the line just the other side of me.

It's a promo made for a kids show. I'm not sure which is worse. The promo, or the intro for the show. Or that they've yet to turn "Big" into bacon already.

If we're going to critique kiddie shows with attractive female hosts, I'd say Betsy is nice. Xuxa, however, was in a class by herself. I remember watching this stuff when I was way too old to be in the target demo.

I've heard it so many times on TV that it comes naturally to me. I disagree with the Wiki to some extent. There's an obvious hint of "z" sound integral with each of those "sh" sounds. The woman dated Pele`, Ayrton Senna, and others. In her day, she was THE Brazilian "IT" girl.

And, yes, I recognize you may have been making a joke. However, I take my Xuxa very seriously.
