Well, as an AMERICAN and past & present Remington owner, I hope they come back, bigger and better. Other than an AK-47, I own NO foreign made guns. People on the handgun forum crow and brag about their foreign made handguns, some made by companies started by NAZIS after the war. I don't care how good they supposedly are, they are not made here and there are American handguns that are just as good.
Who in hell is Godwin, and why should I give a rats azz?
So were you formally trained in debate, or just picked it up here as a Mod?I honestly didn't expect Godwin's law to take effect in this thread.

Just curious... I don't have formal debate training, just see a pattern (which IS something I'm trained to do)
Maybe! At least they aren't made by "former" Nazi bastards!
I didn't know Remington made competition winning benchrest rifles. And the criteria for a bolt action sniper rifle is that it be ACCURATE! Remington actions based on the 700 model were winning bench rest competition's right & left at the time of Vietnam, and that action was designed by Mike Walker, one of the best bench rest shooters ever. Some of our elite units have even gone back to the 1911. Wonder why that is?
Isn't that special.
My dad worked with him at Redstone. "Smartest Nazi I ever met" was his impression.Like that a-hole Wernher von Braun.
Didn't he jump on the original Assualt Weapons Ban bandwagon, or am I thinking of some other gun maker?
I think it's a good thing. Chapter11 isn't the end of the world. Maybe someone who actually gives a damn about the company will buy it now.Just saw this on Smith & Wesson forum. Any thoughts?
Agree, but the exception to that is the RP9. It's definitely the nicest gun in it's price range.Every product has a better and usually cheaper counterpart from another manufacturer.
That's the reason why SpaceX had so many failures at first. Not enough Nazi scientists.Like that a-hole Wernher von Braun.
