    A few comments:
    (1) Count me as one of those who supports allowing concealed carry at gun shows. However...
    (2) Since these are private events, the promoters have the right to set their own rules. They have chosen to not allow concealed carry inside, and the signs are clearly posted. Whether or not 30.06 is enforceable and a person can be charged is irrelevant to me. The promoters have stated that as a condition of admission, they don't want people to carry. Therefore, I don't. Their event, their rules. I choose to abide by their rules.
    (3) I'm still not convinced that 30.06 is not enforceable at this event. Yes, it is county property, but it has been leased to a private entity. If there's case law to support the "not enforceable" claim, then OK. If not, then I would not want to be the first one to test it in court.
