As long as we are gonna be snarky about this:

If you are selling to someone who voted for Clinton, Obama, Biden or Beto, then you should replace any "Standard" capacity magazines with a "Limited" magazine of no more than 10 rounds before you sell.

This is to protect them because (they would agree) that once a gun is within proximity to them, even locked up in their house, they are at increased risk of being killed by it. Also, if they ever get mad with a gun in the house, the gun might cause them to commit a mass shooting. I believe this is because each cartridge emits an "Aura" that amplifies normal anger into something approaching uncontrolled rage. When there is more than 10 rounds present, the amplification is exponential. Follow the science.

    LOL....It's wrong to be French.
Back in the early 2000s, selling performance car parts on eBay, I found out right away.
What a bunch of crybaby asz holes the French are!
By 2002, I had blocked the whole country, and I am at lease 1/4 French,
    but at lease 1/2 Czech.
No idea what my maternal grandmother was...But I traced her maiden name back to about 1785, out of phrucking Canada, so I suspect French origins also, but part of that linage was Bohemian (part of Czech Republic also).
In other words, I'm a Heinz 57 mutt that is about 52.5% Czech.

I wonder if I have any cousins that work for CZ?

I believe there are only two things you have to check.

    1. They are a permanent Texas resident ( they have a Texas DL or ID)
    2. Make sure you use your best judgment and are not selling to a fellon lol

Some people will tell you that you have to be 21 or you need a bill of sale or that they have to have a LTC. None of this is true.. But if you want to do that you can. It all depends on what you are comfortable with.

So what ammo is only suitable for use in a handgun?:

(x)(1) It shall be unlawful for a person to sell, deliver, or otherwise transfer to a person who the transferor knows or has reasonable cause to believe is a juvenile-

    (A) a handgun; or

    (B) ammunition that is suitable for use only in a handgun.

Offhand? 9mm Makarov, .45GAP, .357Sig, .30SuperCarry, .25ACP, .32ACP...and I can't think of much else that nobody ever bothered to come up with a reason to shoot through a rifle.
