It'll be the standard wedding stuff - nothing too crazy. Probably just champaign for the main table, some Texas beers for the guys, wine for the ladies, and sodas for everyone. I'm more concerned about catering than I am drinks. Lol

Cheapest would bbq'd chicken. Beef the $$$.



My son got married about a month ago. They had some bbq place out of salado cater.

It's about $8 a pound. $5-6 on sale. The Alaskan sockeye about $12-13 a pound. HEB in cop cove.

You most certainly do not.
Not uncommon for Shiny Top to smoke some briskets or have a chili cookoff. They have some large pits, stoves and a cook shack with a pool table. When you talk to Doc, ask him. I'm sure they could take care of most of the catering.
Cowboys BBQ in Salado is pretty good as well. Beats the hell out of Rudy's anyway.
