A Bexar County grand jury has indicted a 30-year-old San Antonio man who was arrested in July after he was captured on video grabbing a “Make America Great Again” cap from a teenager who was dining at a San Antonio Whataburger.
Bexar County court records show Kino Jimenez was indicted Wednesday on a charge of theft of person, which is a state jail felony. He was located in Universal City in July by San Antonio police robbery task force detectives who took him into custody on an arrest warrant.

Looks like the lefties need to learn to respect other people's property. There was a case in california ( surprise) where a girl with white skin took a MAGA cap and assaulted the teacher as he was removing her.

A California high school student is facing battery charges after getting in a classroom altercation with another student who was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.

Jo-Ann Butler, a senior at Union Mine High School in El Dorado, told the local CBS News affiliate that she became enraged at the sight of the pro-President Trump hat on campus and decided to make a political point.

“Maybe just wake people up in some type of way, because it’s not cool the environment our classroom is in,” Jo-Ann told the station. “That’s a racist and hateful symbol.”

When I was a kid, I always thought Nazis were the Opposite of commies. Hitler said that Communists & Nazis could never co-exist together as they were diametrically opposed! Now, I'M confused!
