You have the right to put yourself in many dangerous situations.I do believe it was Kiss.
What do you mean why did I go? I have a right to go.
That doesn't make it smart.

You know how I know you have no idea what you're talking about?I think you are reaching a little bit (ok, a lot).
I see legal pot about the same as alcohol as far as consumption. You won't have people hanging around everywhere smoking it like people aren't just hanging around drinking.
Everything else you mention is quite a stretch.
You know how I know you have no idea what you're talking about?
Where is your research?
How about just a quick search... that finds evidence to the contrary.

Not to mention all the times I have been in public places in Colorado and smelled the unmistakable odor (but that's just some ******* on the internet, not a "news" source.), and NOT at concerts or other typical places.
I've seen people toke up on a pipe at a stoplight, smelled it in public parks, movie theaters, restaurant bathrooms, and a train station... and that's just what I remember off the top of my head.
All they get for toking up in public is a citation... unless they're behind the wheel... if they're caught before they crash into someone/something.
And I have never seen 2 men have intercourse in person... but I'm not naive enough to believe it doesn't happen.never seem anyone stoned crash. I'm sure it happens, but I've been around a jillion mega stoners and have yet to see it.
I did, of course, go to college in the Bay Area
Well, he mentioned the bay area... so it came to mind. That's one big gay red herring.

Perhaps you live a sheltered life...I am in Portland, Oregon now where it is legal and have spent close to three months here. I have not smelled it or seen it being used once.
I was in Colorado for a month a few years back and never saw it being used there either.
I am not saying it doesn't happen at inappropriate times and places but it isn't an issue around me apparently.
But yet you didn’t do me the honor of answering the question I asked right above your post.No further questions.
Ok.I do believe it was Kiss.

Leads to dancing?
No one has brought up tobacco.
Nicotine. Strongest addiction I've ever had.
Bad for me and those around me.
Real bad.
Completely legal.
Federal and State.
Well, I guess that's why HOA's exist. Your neighbors can do any number of things you don't like. I've had neighbors over the years complain about my junkyard, or shooting, the state of my lawn, or the ducks quacking. I try to be accommodating, but ultimately it's just too bad for them. Move somewhere that there is a mutual agreement against such things. If my neighbor has a pot farm in his backyard and that lowers the value of property, I’m impacted though I did nothing to support it. And because he’s now growing a cash crop that’s in high demand, my exposure to property crime is increased, further reducing my property value.
They really don't want the tabacco companies out of business.. they just want a large share of the profits (taxes). The funny part is that governments everywhere, at every level are doing there best to punish and put out of business tobacco companies.
Yet, some have no problem with legalizing marijuana. Then, you have California. Where a cup of coffee, a joint, and a cigarette all get a cancer warning.
