Getting a little late for an audit. Our gubbermint has already admitted they messed up a lot of the bean counting valued in the bazillions. Since potato can print money why not let him have fun until he either passes away gracefully or is voted out. He ain't gonna stop anyway. Really wish Congress had a little self restraint on spending and took back control.

Generally I would agree, however even with OSINT, privately verified photo confirmed data, russia is getting getting f-d up.

That said, I have yet to see any hard data that really challenges Ukraine's "official" numbers. They are probably optimistic, but still realistic and reasonable.

Been aware of the region because of WWII history, became more interested with the 2014 revolution/invasion and following closely ever since.

I was super close to going over to help teach police in Kyiv modern crowd control techniques, but covid nixed it.

I am unabashedly supportive of Ukriane against an outside invader.

The politics of the leadership of the country isn't something that really matters, any more than it would if a foreign military invaded us, but what I have learned about Zelensky is generally favorable.
