Well, that seems to pay for itself right there.
I bought 60 Duracell brand #10 batteries for $16 shipped on Amazon.
I just did a quick look after seeing that post.
Batteries are nothing compared to ammo and y'alls range fees .
How long does it last? I really like the foam plugs, too, but can only get a few uses out of a pair. They are designed to be disposable....
I'm wondering if you could just order the replacement tips to stick on your existing ear buds.
I've used these 4-5 times with no sign of wear. They have some type of coating so they don't get ear wax and dirt imbedded in them.
There is a company called canal foam or something that makes foam tips for ear buds also. They list certain models. You wouldn't have the ability to let sound pass through, but may not matter for your use.
Just ordered the XV's from Amazon, $121 after tax and free same day with Prime. I will post up my review after I use them at the range this week.
Many range trips and a few battery changes later.
I'm still happy with these.
Awesome... time for me to check them out. Trying to get a good cheek weld and not blow out my eardrums with the rifles is challenging.
