Where are you seeing a bulge-buster for 9mm? Lee has one but not for 9mm. Redding has one for 40S&W-base-size only (which includes 10MM and .357 Sig). EGW used to make small-base dies that would do the job but their web site is gone so I guess they're out of business.

The only tools I know of that fix bulges to a wide variety of pistol cases, including 9mm, are the Casepro (~$900) and the Magma Case Master Jr. (~$400).

So I'm curious. What bulge buster are you looking at? I'd love to learn something new today.

PS - My (approximately) rimless CF autopistol shooting these days is almost always cheap 9mm factory stuff. If I ever start running through thousands of rounds of .45 ACP or 10MM or (God, I hope I find myself needing this before I die!) .44AMP, I'll get a Case Master. Until then, I just throw away bulged brass.

Where did you get it? My place closed on me.

    Off the Brian Enos forum.

I also picked up some 10mm brass from Round2Brass here in Texas. They had it in stock, which is rare, and the price was great, which is also rare. I received it yesterday. It's cleaned, the nickel is sorted. I got four bags of brass and one of nickel.

I buy almost all my 9mm, 40, 45, 556 and 308 brass off of brianenos...well, now that I have 5-10 gallons of each, I don't need to buy :) . THere are a ton of high volume shooters and range scroungers there, so the prices are pretty reasonable, and there is always someone selling flat rate boxes of those.

Today it's way too wet and raining to hit the range, so I cleaned up and organized a LOT. Made enough room to finally move a bunch of dies I'd bought at an estate sale onto a shelf!

Loaded test batches in the new alpha brass.
10 rounds each of 5 different charge weights.

Put a bunch of .223 rounds together. Some with CFE 223, some with Varget. Made me remember how much longer it takes to get charge weights right with stick powder.
