I bought the biggest container of the stuff I could find. It goes well with so many dishes.

We use a lot of it. Wife and I both use it when cooking. I do go a little heavier with it's use when doing Mexican dishes though.

A few years ago, she started adding a little cumin to her fried chicken strips, and they were so good she has been doing that ever since.

Cumin is big in many regions of the world! Anything I think of as Indian, Tex Mex or Mexican I use cumin in.

“Old blue” stir fry. Got some burger from an acquaintance who had a young bull ground up.

cooked it and mixed with a fresh veggie stir fry packet. One the easiest and tastiest meals I make.

Still have some chicken from yesterday, but going to grill some flank steak that I found in the freezer last night, and more onions and bell peppers. Also making some queso dip tonight.

Its a Goulash filled weekend. Yesterday was American style Goulash. Today is Hungarian style which is much more of a hearty soup or stew.

3 cloves oven roasted garlic smashed into paste.

Meh, we had panda Express again.

Our new Panda Express, the building was finished last month, but they delayed the opening indefinitely.

Seems the franchisee's, or investors had to pull out due to that they couldn't secure funding, or something along those lines. Has to do with not having the money or financing to run the new store.

So right now, there is brand new Panda Express sitting in Palestine that hasn't opened yet. Have no idea when, or if it will now.
