BBQ chicken thighs, roasted baby taters, salad and tube biscuits.

    I had seconds.

The cocktail/drink was capt morgan 100 and diet Dr Pepper.

I also had a pack of uncle Ben's wild rice as a mid day snack. That's all I ate. Food wise.

Today had a big baked salmon on yellow rice with a side salad. Got it at Captain Brads restaurant. Real good salmon. Most places overcook or undercook fish. Capt. Brads is just right.

We be doing turkey burgers, mashed taters, sweet corn and homegrown tomatos.

It's difficult to think anything but pleasant thoughts while eating a cold homegrown tomato.

My grand-dad came from Naples and grand-mother from Sicily. My grand-dad made his own Italian sausages
and we hand them at least 3 times a month.

The correct name for Italian sausage is ( salsiccia )
