    Picked up a couple of tiny tenderloins a couple of days ago, going to sear them for wife who can't eat much right now. I've got a big salad, gonna cover it with cucumbers in sour cream, a couple of small tomatoes, with cheese chunks and a couple of slices of bacon on the side. Kind of a chef salad without the boiled egg.
