Sacrilege dinner tonight. Whitetail backstrap marinated for 8 hours. Marinade consisted of olive oil, teryaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, green onions, and coarse-ground black pepper. Grilled rare. I hate to admit it, because I love the bare taste of damn-near-raw TX whitetail so much, but that was some damn fine eatin'!!
