MK, be forewarned that BB's charges $2.00/loaf (poboy size). Worth it, occasionally, IMO. Just pop 'em in a 350° oven for 3-5 minutes to finish the baking...just like home!

My butcher sells both pretzel buns and mini rolls. I cut the rolls in half and toast in the broiler. Pull them out and smear with cream cheese. Serve with candied jalapeños.
