Grilled pork ribs in a beer marinade. Spices, onion, Worcester sauce, cut jalapenos, bell pepper.

Gonna cook it for about 2-3hours @200ish degrees, in a foil lined 8x8" pan. With the marinade for juice. Hickory smoke.

    Grilled whole potatoes.

Fun facts. Henry Ford used scrap wood from his factory and invented squares of charcoal you see today.

Kingsford was Ford's buddy who helped invent the stuff to make it. Kingsford charcoal is still made on some of the same machinery.

Pan fried salmon cuts, soaked in woodford reserve whiskey, little lemon, other light spices. Served on top a well dressed Cesar salad.

Drinks, whiskey sour made with above whiskey.

Pan fried Caribou, rolled in seasoned flour.
Served with corn on the cob, okra and garlic mashed potatoes.

Dinner was the usual roasted chicken, steamed asparagus, and corn on the cob.
But the desert was an awesome, long overdue treat ...

Forgot just how good Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla was.

    A couple days late, but…

    - Dry rubbed Country Style Pork Ribs, on the grill “low andslow” for 4.5 hours (apple wood chips for smoke, doctored-up bbq sauce forbasting) (fork tender, melt in your mouth juicy goodness)
    - Bush’s baked beans done the Cajun way
    - Garlic bread (French bread toasted with my home-made garlicbutter)
    - Salad (diced Roma tomatoes, English cucumber, red onion, avocado, andFeta...no dressing needed)

I love to eat .................... and I consume a lot, but for some reason, (don't hate me) I'm 6'1" and currently at 170. It's just the luck of the draw, I guess. I've always been skinny except when I was lifting and weighed 220.

    Money is running low.....so

Deep fried in a fry daddy, catfish chunks from a bag. Breaded with extra seasoning then what comes in the fish fry mix. Things like steak seasoning or maybe some Caribbean seasoning, jalapeno salt, little garlic powder, black pepper...

Side dish is Mac and cheese out a box. Cut jalapenos that have the vein and seeds removed. Boiled with the noodles and drained with the same. Cheese added. Might deep fry a slice of bacon, crunch it up and throw it in the Mac.

    Few hush puppies too.
