My small town police department has a designated parking lot area under surveillance, with signs posted as a safe transactions area. I use it for Craig's Lists deals as well, as you never know who's going to show up.

That's nice that they do that.

Y'all are all doing wrong. I personally prefer to do said transactions inside of businesses that post 30.06 and 30.07.

It's the safest because firearms aren't allowed.

I have done FTF gun sales at my members only range (ARC), ammo sales in Starbucks parking lots, and parts sales inside Starbucks.

I bought an Elmer Keith Commemorative from an older gentleman at his house. He walked me in to a room which had every piece of furniture covered with guns, and rifles/shotguns leaning on most open areas of wall. There were also a couple of safes in the room. I thought it might not have been the smartest thing for him to do, as he didn't know me from Adam....

I just think it is not too bright to do a gun sale at your homestead. Just my $0.02.

I can understand that when you are selling them at the frequency you are -- about 17 or 18 "gun for sale" posts on this forum between 3/3 and 5/15! For occasional sellers it might not be as bad though.

Me too. All indications are you've read the thread so I don't understand how you missed the questions.

    I'll help you; posts 30, 32, & 39.

I am gonna say he ain't gonna answer the questions. We all have a right to our opinion but not all our opinions are right.

People will know your place of residence if you sell guns from there. Selling lawnmowers/other items is a different thing.

    Did I answer tour question???
