Never shot one. I want one for the novelty and bc I want another caliber.

    I have .44 mag & .45LC. Those are my largest handgun calibers. I think I'd like a 460 & 454 one day. Not so sure about 500S&W.

    I don't want the 10mm to be a boomer.

The G40 caught my eye because of the MOS feature, capacity, & the longer barrell. I didn't really thing about increased muzzle flip. I'll have to think about that some more. Capacity and weight were the reasons I like the STI.

Those are great reasons to want a 10mm. Options and versatility are nice to have.

The MOS is a great feature if you want optics.

The extra muzzle flip isn't a huge difference or a deal breaker in most situations.

That's a nice looking gun but for the money it better be double stack!
Back on post 23 I posted a link to the RIA double stack 10mm that I have. It hasn’t even hiccuped since its first outing when I was trying to break it in with crap ammo. Once I found good ammo and got enough brass to start reloading, it has become one of my favorites. Of course, once you take that big steel pistol and add 16+1 10mm rounds it weighs 3 pounds so I only open carry it.
