Why does the U.S. ignore fluoride toxicity in drinking water?

As shown above fluoride is naturally occuring, that means well water too. Unless your filter specifically states it removes fluoride, it probably doesn't.

Pretty sure that early chemist were working with fluoride compounds as far back as the 1700's. Maybe even earlier. Also, Dentist were researching fluoride's tooth decay fighting effects long before the 50's. For someone who was fighting to keep it out of the water, you really don't seem to know fluoride's history.

For those of us who aren't scientifically inclined, is there a plain English explanation as to why fluoride in the water is a bad thing? I know about its effect on tooth decay and whatnot, but I know next to nothing about the downside (or if there even is one thats rooted in irrefutable science).
Flouride is a naturally occurring non-organic and is commercially processed from the mineral fluorite (calcium flouride). http://www.minerals.net/mineral/fluorite.aspx.
Yes, there is controversy about adding it to drinking water. No, there is no conspiracy. Yes, it has been proven to strengthen bones and teeth in small regular dosages. Yes it has been proven to weaken bones and teeth and cause other health problems in extremely large doses.
I filter tap water through my hat. I avoid all plastics, aluminum, direct radio waves, democrats, non-organic fresh produce, beef, chicken, pork, electrical appliances, electronics, metal and plastic containers, lead paint, unaccompanied minors, blue bell ice cream, republicans, processed paper, gluten, processed tobacco, non grain alcohol, x-rays, radar, radio waves, direct sunlight, radon, cities, vaccinations, synthetic fabrics... I also don't use the internet or cell phones and avoid skin to skin human contact.

Good question, but not one I have an answer to.
We bought when it was a year old, so of course the well was already a done deal.
People have been drinking clean well water for quite some time with (I now know) with naturally occurring flouride in it without, as far as I know, no significant health problems.
We've been drinking it without issue for many years.

Not very much of it. Most of the water I drink is reverse osmosis filtered. It's interesting to note that you don't want your water too pure, tho. Completely pure water will strip calcium and potassium ions out of your body and will cause your cells to expand and possibly even burst.

I'm a dedicated listener of the short wave broadcasts and the far right positions that they maintain. They are aggressive and loud about the crap that our government exposes us to.................. especially fluoride!
I don't believe everything that I hear (right or left) and my job as a Patriot/citizen is to sort and sift information until I get to what I determine to be the truth. Fluoride sucks and it's on a long list of substances that will enable Globalists to re-engineer our population. Their substances will cost a lot of lives down the road. Those losses are acceptable to the World Government people.

That may be true, but as my signature line states, "You gotta die of something.....It may as well be something that you like!"
I heard one statement last night that stretched my belief system. The vaccines, flu shots, routine injections of today, all have ingredients in them that react to the hormonal levels in our bodies. When our age progresses and hormonal levels drop, these "sleeper" cells activate and cause cancer. They said that explains why we have a skyrocketing cancer rates in older citizens. Our rulers are actively re-engineering our society!
I'm not a doctor and I despise anything medical so I couldn't say if there's any truth to that story or not. I love science fiction stories but they foster no "truth" in me.
Their story does explain a lot about what we see every day and it suggests the motive behind putting fluoride and now ammonia in the water that we drink! The only "truth" bell that rings within me is that our lying, Socialist, Libtard Rulers are exactly the kinds of people who would do something like this!

My wife is a dental hygienist and is from a long lineage of dentists. She is as adamantly pro-fluoride as some are anti. They have however, seen the effects of the lack of fluoride.
You don't have to drink it to get the benefits. Brushing with a fluoride toothpaste is sufficient. I'm guessing they've seen the effects of too much fluoride on teeth as well?
