    You could live on
    Winchester Way
    Remington Circle
    Browning Dr
    Colt Avenue

Houses would be 1200 sq ft, each equipped with cement safe room 13x13 with wide safe door for jazzy scooter access.

Houses would be Texas fieldstone facade and steel roof, with big front porch.

Property would have 100 acres in the back for deer blinds.

Mock me and end-up living on "Glock Alley."

There will be a central generator for the entire neighborhood, Giant surplus generators are very inexpensive compared to many residential-rated ones.

Elevated water tank and well for the community.

Golf cart garage will back-up to door by safe room, carts equipped with rifle racks where the golf clubs usually sit.

Landscaping will be low- maintenance native plants.

55 and over community, with 3 week limit on stays by guests under that age.

    I'm looking and thinking.
How does this affect property taxes?

It'd depend on how you structure it.

I the center, there would be a gleaming white chapel, complete with a little picket-fence graveyard next to it. All the ordained residents would be living in their private rectories, they are called.

No, it's not modeled after Waco or the Moonies....

    OK.
    I can make that happen.

    I understand & sympathize with both sides of that issue. . . . . .

Perhaps some smaller dwellings for acolytes?
Say in the 5-600 sqft range? :)

I would like to make a reservation for one, off the main road.
    Doesn't matter the street name.

I'm thinking post-tension slab with radiant in-floor heat- (hot water heater, recirc pump, expansion tank.) All water supply under slab in home-run to manifold, for ease of repairs.

Floorplan could of course be enlarged or shrunk, depending on needs.

Main steel outbuilding for storage of toys/classic cars

Reident maintenance-man with cook wife for Saturday nite BBQ. Suburban SUV and sm shuttle bus for dr. appts, etc.

Orchard and garden w/ small greenhouse for fresh produce. Nice pond with pier to fish/ feed the ducks n turtles (I like turtles)

For the area? Needs to be realistically near quality medical care. North Huntsville is nice (close to Woodlands medical), Jewett has some nice rolling hills....I'll let those that are more in-the-know decide that part.

Is a bit communal, but tremendous savings and better quality of life to be had for all.

How many separate dwellings rectories are in your thinking at the moment?

The church thing might be a good idea, to deal with zoning/addressing requirements etc, if any. Or maybe not, depending on the ownership structure you have in mind.
