Leander is practically Austin....at least in proximity and the fact that it is becoming Austin expensive. I am close to 183 & 620......know the area.

Yeah, the humidity blows chunks .. but the trees offer wonderful shade. There is no perfect place to live anywhere in the world IMO .. except in Texas!
