According to the feds paperwork for the warrant, they have him on selling 9 or so guns both to agents and a prohibited person. His sales to the prohibited person wasn't done knowingly or at least according to any supporting evidence, but the paperwork tries it's best to insinuate that it was by talking about his driving patterns after they put a tracker on his car and his phone records.

As of February 4,approximately six (6).firearms are known to have
been recovered in the commission of a crime, with another three (3) recovered through undercover
purchases by ATF.

I like how they use "recovered" & "purchased" in the same sentence for the 3 guns that were sold at the gun show to UC agents.

According to unofficial word, an Agent knocked on the door, announced “Federal Officers with a warrant”, and the occupant fired on them, no warning and no forced entry attempt.
