What is "OC" ? Yeah, I live in the sticks...I kinda want to go OC at Walmart now
Pics of the see-through cover garment will be necessary . . .I was all, like, well, at least I can still open carry at Kroger’s!
F-ing nope!

I’m really about to the point that if it’s not posted, I’m not gonna care.
I bet you won’t even notice, and if you do, then ask me to leave, then.
That or I’m going to passive aggressively do the flimsiest see through cover garment you can think of.
Oh, I can get creative now. Just piss me off and watch.
I interpret what they put out was that they won't post 30.07, but will have managers & associates ask OCers to please leave. Walmart's comments are intended for nationwide applicability and they're not exactly going to tailor such general comments to the specificity of Texas law (such as whether they'll 30.07, etc.). Just my take on it.Walmart simply said they will "ask" people not to OC in their stores. Whether that means they will post 30.07 signs or have their managers ask those who do OC to leave has yet to be seen. Until such time as effective notice is given, it's not enforceable.
Remember they claimed they were going to check LTCs when OC first went into effect, and that never happened either.
Plus, their claim to allow OC when a "law enforcement officer was present" only muddies the water further.
Never been asked that at Academy.
I haven't read every reply so forgive me if this has been mentioned but I really don't see a whole lot of difference in WM's flimsy premise and Academy asking me if my ammo purchase is for "handgun" or "rifle". It's pointless since I only buy rimfire at the store and pretty much any rimfire cartridge is BOTH.
Same here. ??
Walmart stops selling some ammo because of this tragedy. Yet they continue to sell booze, which causes about 90,000 deaths per year.
Hypocrites. This is just about PC posturing.
