I used to think it was a good idea. I had gotten complacent from my former state. There's a lot of valuable points on this forum if you search the topic. Plus I'd add if he did put something up for sale and requires a BOS, I'd hazzard a guess that probably at least 95% of the members will totally ignore his ad.I used to think it was a good idea. Because Texas doesn't require third party bg checks, I don't find it ethical for private party to collect sensitive information. Food for thought.
