Guys, thank you for your input regarding the BOS, I had no idea or even thought it may possibly be used against me at sometime. I surmise me keeping good records of what I may buy or sell to an individual should be good enough.

What is interesting as I have recently sold a few of the inherited units received to individuals I personally know, we did a BOS. I was a little uncomfortable putting my TDL and CHL # on the form. You input confirmed my spidey sense tingling.

Ya, in retrospect, that was a stupid move on my part...at least they are people I know well, one even my boss.
