I don't think I got anything but an email saying welcomeStill waiting for letter from FPC.
If you are a Maxim downstream customer, you are included
" the Court’s injunction extends to enjoin enforcement of the Final Rule against Maxim Defense Industries, LLC and all of its downstream customers whose interests it has represented since day one of this litigation."
Those named are the ones that brought about the lawsuit. Like I said earlier send FPC $30.00 and your are a member. Many here would say you should have been already.ETA - nevermind. Found them on the web. Wonder why they were differentiated from other brace makers? Not really up on all this stuff, but very curious.
My poking the bear involves non-compliance aka exercising my natural rights protected by the 2nd amendment thereby declining to register or pay a tax for an item I already own and had permission and the right to have.154 days today, if anyone besides me still cares...
I've had enough of this shit and I don't care about "poking the bear," I sent emails to Sens. Gonzales and Cruz with the details of my application and background.
A friend went through Gonzales' office for his delayed approvals on a couple of NFA items, and they talked with the ATF office who, like in my case, said it was "stuck at FBI background checks and they had no influence on it."
However, he got his two stamps approved about a week later.
Could've just been a coincidence, but you never know!
Still waiting for letter from FPC.
Thanks.I did get mine this week. So I think it will come!
I received this same email back in April. No new member packet yet. When I log in th the FPC website, it shows me a member.
does anyone have the TLDR non clickbait bullshit version?
See post 1794; all the utoob commentary is some version of “the case has already been decided. Bruen. Winning. End of story.”
Injunction against ATF enforcing the rule against members of the FPC, Maxim Defense and their customers. No nationwide injunction for Non-members.does anyone have the TLDR non clickbait bullshit version?
And another.
No argument there. But, there are some here that will say (IT) wasn't discussed enough. So...That dude is the Nutnfancy of YouTube lawyers. 10 sec of pertinent info in a 20 minute video.
So you are 145 days past their advertised average approval time.160 days, not including today...
a.k.a...
The ATF is still advertising an average of 45 days for an eForm 1 approval!
- 13,824,000 seconds
- 230,400 minutes
- 3840 hours
- 22 weeks and 6 days
- 43.84% of 2023
