Your thoughts and well wishes mean more than you know.
Right now she is resting as peaceful and comfortable as I can make her. She is on our bed resting on Momma's leg. They are both asleep. Usually, she uses me for a pillow. Her face and neck are very swollen. But there is a lot of damage so I am not surprised. I should lay down and rest, but as long as they are both so peaceful I hate to move them. Guess who will ne master of the bed for a few days....

God bless you and Bait. This tragedy should be exploited by the news media. They are always looking for personal interest stories. Maybe getting it on the air would help straighten out some of these heartless plungerheads. I just lost my dog last week and I still shed a few tears every night when I'm trying to get to sleep. My only consolation while she was suffering is that she knew for sure that she was loved. Bait knows that you love her and I'm sure it is her consolation. I pray that she gets better.
