I found 200 rounds of .22 SHORT yesterday at Gander Mountain. CCI target match. Limit one (100) per customer, but the wife was with me.

A local Academy had buckets of Remington Golden Bullets today. They also had CCI Standard Velocity (50 round) boxes, and Winchester 525 round bulk packs.

The dilemma was, quantity over quality. I passed on the GBs, and bought the Winchesters instead. Would have bought 500 CCi's, but the limit was 100 rounds.

WalMart (at least the one on Bandera Rd) has a 3 box per person limit again. Everything, not just .22LR. I thought the supply was increasing

The Walmart at 410 & Jones Maltsberger never changed its limit on any caliber from the 3 box max. Did yours change it for a while for non-.22LR and then change it back?

Yeah, there hasn't been a limit on anything but .22lr for a few months. Not just that Walmart but Helotes, and the new one on Culebra rd. I don't know if those have gone back to the 3 box.

UPS dropped another 500 rounds of Norma Tac-22 at my door yesterday. $.11 per round shipped. Life is good.

If it is Standard Velocity, that is a very good price. Gander Mountain and several on-line places have the "low" price of $4.99 each.

I've seen it as high as twenty cents a round elsewhere.
