    Helotes!
Still my favorite. A little heavy, but the grenade launcher and sights make it my favorite variant.

    Concur.

I want one but waiting until I come across one for $300.
I bought one about a year ago for $300. Took it out and found out it had a bad gas tube. Replaced with a Russian one from gunbroker for about $70 and now functions great. I really like the rifle but don't ever look down the barrel with a good borescope. Fun shooter though. Shoots better than I can see anyhow.

I still want a SOVIET SKS but I have two Type 56. (China, one blade type and one spike type bayonet)
I got a Yugo when they were milsurp years ago.
I like the Yugo for the launch sights and system.

I will get some Schedule 20 PVC tube to make a 'projectile' for my blanks I got for that purpose.

Bought this Norinco paratrooper still full of cosmoline way back in 1990. I have two forty round mags that actually aren't jam-o-matics too. It'll keep 'em on a paper plate out to 100 yards. Four spam cans of Russian ammo and use when necessary. Ugly as an ape's ass, and certainly not "precise", but danged if it's not reliable. If I run out of ammo, it'll make a handy stabber, club, and paddle. It's been known to act as my trunk monkey on occasion as well.
