I've got to deal with the "box." You know the one. It gets the culls. Primer missing, backwards, bullet got set funky, military brass that doesn't have enough of the crimp removed....

I need to do that one of these days. Mine is a 1 gallon bucket that's overflowing.

    You separate them by hand?

Learned an easy trick a while back incase you don't know it (or for anybody else).

Dump your brass over a case holder or plastic insert from factory ammo. Shake it until they are all in the holes. Usually the head falls in first but it doesn't really matter.

Looking at the side makes it easy to tell which are 9mm or 380 (or 357/ 38, 40/10mm, 44 Mag/ Special, etc.)

I did this the other day to separate 38 and 357. Works great. Much easier than trying to read the stamps. View attachment 161232

I used to do it that way. Since I already owned a set of Shell Sorters I went ahead and bought the .380 plate. Best $21.95 I've spent in a while. MUCH quicker than doing them 50 at a time and still missing one.

I'm never done... So it's never clean...

Thanks! She insists on helping ng me.with everything. I was staining and finishing a bench in building so they couldn't help with that but wanted something to do.

EDIT: the ammo cans we're not pushed together because that's where the hot lava flowed through and burned a hole... She wanted me.to stand on them too but I was moving around way to much finishing the bench and legs.

2 out of 4 isn't bad... Though my wife just sent me a message that the 4yo was in rage mode and managed to pull a dresser over on herself today. Luckily it hit a door knob and didn't crush her. Wife is mad because I laughed when she told me...

Well, let's face it. They can be alot of fun. But when you have daughters, you don't want your's to be that way.

In my house i'm known as Mr Inappropriate! Laughter is my first response to almost everything: my wife falling off an ottoman, my daughter getting her head stuck in the back of a chair, even when working in my warehouse and about four big boxes of Christmas crap fell on me I was laughing my ass off(mainly because it was a delayed event: I yanked a pallet down then about eight seconds later it came down, like a tree falling!

I'm having trouble finding h110 for my 357s and 454s. Can't find any other mag powders either. Resisting the urge to buy Longshot.

    Academy carries H110.
The 2 academy's and the Walmart near me are all out. Went to Cabela's 2 weekends ago and they were out as well. Cabela's did have the win 296 but it was $6 more than the h110 for some stupid reason so I did t buy it.

Cabela's didn't have blue dot, or 2400, or even AA9. Walmart and academy only sell hodgdon.

I have some AA7 and tons of the fake AA5. I thought about using one of those but they just aren't great for the 357 and no data for the 454. Longshot has data for them but it's about 25% less power than the h110 or 2400 is.
