It arrived right on time! This thing is awesome, can't wait to get it to the range.

    Stribog Gen 2, non reciprocating.
$800 bought me the gun, 6 mags, red dot, brace and 150 rounds

Extremely excited for this one, been looking for a while for a deal, was lucky enough to grab a deal that is better than what I've aimed for... My only gripe is that I want a foldable brace, and I'm not sure that I'll be able to find a listing (and new ones are too expensive for me atm) View attachment 211770

    That’s a steal

That's why I bought it, even though I bought a smaller 0.22 only a week ago in the sole purpose of avoiding that 9mm segment, but the deal was too good for me to pass...

Took it to the range last weekend, this Stribog is ridiculous. Shooting it felt like "easy mode", no effort no recoil no nothing, just aim point click bullseye. After a couple of mags I moved back to my 9mm pistol since it was so unchallenging. I think that for home defense and open range the Stribog will shine, but for indoor range it's just too easy for its own good.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with the purchase, I think it's a great versatile home defense weapon - just too easy for the range I feel like.

Just picked up a size 45 too - went in to get a 17...until I got the 45 in hand. First Glock and I fear it won’t be the last!

I played my cards right this time. I had a 19 gen 4 frame laying around. I can put my gen 5 45 slide on the gen 4 19 frame with no issues at all. So I can carry a compact 19 frame and swap to the full size 45 frame for OWB/Duty/Range

Ordered another Glock today. Gen 4 17 in Battlefield Green. Gonna find some 34 parts later to stretch it out some. A friend is recommending I find a 17L slide for it too.

This makes #5, three in Battlefield Green.

I suppose if you wanted that you could also look for a 24 slide. Of course, I'm no Glock expert so those parts may not go together. All I know is that I wanted a 17L, there were none to be found, so I got a 24 and slapped in a 9mm barrel. As far as I'm concerned, I have a "17L equivalent".

Bens right. All 9mm and .40 glocks share the same frame size. 26/27, 19/23, 17/22, 34/35 and 17L/24

The mailman finally delivered a Harrington Richardson Model 1900 12 gauge shotgun and a Harrington & Richardson Hammerless (that is the model name) 12 gauge shotgun to me yesterday. Looks like I need to make another range trip to test-fire them. Pictures already posted here.

Interesting takedown method on the Model 1900, don't know if it is unique but I have never seen one like it before as best I can remember. There is a tab on the left side of the receiver that you pull out and turn counter clockwise (I think that was the direction). The tab is attached to the hinge pin and once turned, the pin pulls out and the gun can then be taken-down.

    VZ 61 in 7.65 Browning (.32acp).
Wanted one of these for a couple of years now and kind of glad I held out as they now come threaded and predrilled for wire stock.
If it runs, plan is to do a form 1 on it and make it a SBR.

Had a good friend at work that was a Glock guy, I was a 1911 fan. We stayed friends. He told me once I get a Glock it will be like eating Potato Chips, you can’t have just one. Now I have 5. They are great and a lot of fun.
