    Out here by the lake!
I'm planning on doing burgers on the grill this Friday or Saturday.
We were going grocery shopping, but both of us were feeling to old for that. I’ll buy a family pack of ground chuck and make it all into patties to freeze.

Yesterday the wife went to visit her mom at the nursing home/ rehad. Canned chili was from the freeze when the selves were empty!!

Grilling on the Kamado has a different grill rack then smoking. When I smoke I use a diffuser plate too!

Smoking I can run an upper & lower grills to get more on it! I don’t like different meats dripping on meat either! Grilling is done at a higher temperature too. My grill is at 425 degrees right now!

    Humble
Today for lunch. Opened a can of HEB Borracho Beans, HEB pico de gallo, and cut up some Oscar Meyer hot dogs and flour tortillas.
Waiting for the chinavirus test to start.

I put a beef shoulder & beef back ribs on about 1:000. Did some Oscar Mayer Smokies for lunch. They just weren’t like I remember them from my teens.

Made Texas Caviar & pickled scallions yesterday, need to make macaroni salad next.
