We use to have a sub and sandwich shop in town, and they had just about any kind of sub, sandwich, or dog on their menu.

Now i use to be a huge fan of the foot long chili cheese coney that Sonic had, but I ate one at this sandwich shop some years ago that just amazed me. They called it a foot long, but it was longer than that. Probably closer to 15 inched in length. They baked their own breads, and buns onsite. So the bun was fresh and homemade. I don't know where they sourced the dogs from, but the chili was also homemade there as well.

Probably one of the best hot dogs I have ever eaten in my life. I also tried their Philly sandwich as well, since I absolutely love them, and it was amazing as well.

Me too, when i was young and dumb. It was the best beer at the time when I was in the service.

Back in the early 1990's when i moved back to Houston for work, many of the clubs and bars were promoting Miller Lite big time through the beer distributors. In many places, ML was at least half the price of other brands of beers, and some nights, you could buy long-necks for a .25!

So I tried it and it's pretty decent and much cheaper that other brands. So for quite a few years, it was the brand of choice. And just about any club. bar, or saloon had ML.
