    Out here by the lake!
    Poverty soup
Carcass from whole smoked turkey breast
Yardbird back bones from some past spatchcocks
    Diced onion
    Chopped celery
    Chopped carrots
    Frozen peas
Salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaves, water & egg noodles. I might add some heavy cream when I check the broth. About a pound of picked meat from the carcass.

Think Schlotzski's but but 100 times better. It's more of an Italian sammich, but Sicilian's might tell you they are the best of the Italian's!

IMHO are the best ones. The biggest thing about them is the Olive Salad soaking into the bread. Those are the two key components of a great Muffuletta sammich! Next quality ham, salami, mortadella, swiss, provolone. If you never had Mortadella look that up! I remember opening a fresh one @ work & eating a pound of it!

    What is that?
I use 2 Pillsbury pizza crusts, oil a baking sheet, layer 1/4 pound each of salami, ham, provolone, mozzarella, and motradella. Then add Olive salad, cover it with another crust pinch it together, rub with Olive oil, sprinkle seasoning on it and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Slice and eat. Reheat the left overs on the George Forman grill like a pannini
