IMHO are the best ones. The biggest thing about them is the Olive Salad soaking into the bread. Those are the two key components of a great Muffuletta sammich! Next quality ham, salami, mortadella, swiss, provolone. If you never had Mortadella look that up! I remember opening a fresh one @ work & eating a pound of it!
Without the bread & Olive Salad your eating just a sandwich! Finding mortadella out here in the county might prove impossible too!Central Grocery’s Original Muffuletta Sandwich 2 pack (Serves 6-8)

I use 2 Pillsbury pizza crusts, oil a baking sheet, layer 1/4 pound each of salami, ham, provolone, mozzarella, and motradella. Then add Olive salad, cover it with another crust pinch it together, rub with Olive oil, sprinkle seasoning on it and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Slice and eat.
