My daughter called the dog over and gave her this big chunk of meat and twice wrapped in seaweed. I'm like what's that, she says dime disgusting mean called spam and rice from Hawaiian Bros restaurant.

I laughed and said spam is good. She said tell them how to cook it then.


I guess I gotta cook up some spam with brown sugar and pineapple and some roasted taters.

I guess I gotta cook up some spam with brown sugar and pineapple and some roasted taters.

Wife and I both like fried SPAM sandwiches. Slice it about 1/4" thick, fry them in the skillet until browned on both sides, put in sliced bread with mustard, some lettuce, tomato and onion.

Pretty danged good!
