Crock pot Salisbury steak with a "I ain't got the right seasonings " twist. Green beans sauteed over a slice of bacon and topped wit a dab of butter.

It's pretty damn good.

There will be leftovers for sure! I'n going to take some brisket, beans, cornbread and chili over to my father later on, and there won't be much brisket left over after that. I also planned on freezing some of the chili anyways for later on.

I'm tired from yesterday, but it was an awesome day spent with some great people. I enjoyed every minute all you being here at the house.

I just unloaded my truck & dragged everything inside. Between that & the case of wine from the wife’s trunk I’m thinking I need a Tramadol!

Try as I might replicate a Chicago Beef & sausage combo it still eludes me! Thin sliced smoked eye of round, Johnsonville Sweet Italian sausage, white onion, red bell pepper in a beef broth. The rolls were total crap! Some overly sweet tasting off the shelf garbage that just got soggy!
